Zara Flats

One of my 2012 New Year resolutions was to organize and simplify my life. Now before 2012, I was a firm believer in carrying around pieces of my life in my favorite oversized purse. Embarrassingly enough, at one point in time, my purse contents consisted of an umbrella, nail polish, tea bags, and socks. You can imagine how horrendous of a situation it was for me to find my keys in time sensitive situations. But the biggest problem was that I was actually getting some neck and back pain from lugging around my giant purse all day! I knew I had to make a change, and my love for clutches began.

Not only did I find this Asos clutch for a great price ($37!), but it was also the perfect accent piece I needed to spice up my wardrobe. I’m a neutral-color-loving girl and black, white, grey, black, black, and black pretty much make up my closet so this clutch was a great and easy way to add a pop of color. This clutch’s slight snakeskin pattern gave a real sophistication to it and I love how roomy it is! It’s casual enough for me to bring it to work and it still makes a outfit statement for drinks afterward. I know that clutches get that stigma of being a hassle to sport around but I’m telling you, make the change and you won’t regret it!
